Preschool child care institutions are entitled to get counselling in the process of their internal evaluation from counsellors who have passed relevant training; most of them are experienced heads of schools or other experts working in the education field with previous work experience as a head of school. Counsellors have the right to be paid for the counselling provided; the fee is paid by the educational institution.
