A decree of the Minister of Education and Research establishes the minimum number of personnel offering management and support services in schools and preschool child care institutions.

Similar to teachers, qualification requirements have been established for a number of specialists providing support services such as special education teachers, social educators, speech therapists and teachers of classes of basic school students with special educational needs. Further, a number of other regulations apply to the above specialists.
