Kindergartens and schools do not have a specially organized academic or career guidance service, but there are various forms of guidance assistance in that regard throughout the education of students. Teachers and educational psychology services in schools provide assistance for students and guide them by means of individual interviews, presenting different institutions and careers, by parent and student meetings, and by organizing meetings with professionals engaged in different trades. A major role in professional guidance of students is played by the Centre for Vocational Education and Employment Bureau  of Montenegro.
