Other Education Staff or Staff Working in Higher Education
The Rector recruits a Dean for each school having advertised the post. Rector can hire a Dean outside the university or may appoint personel from the university staff. The Dean sets the policy for his respective school and oversees its administration. The Dean is also responsible for recruiting personel for the school. The Dean selects Heads of Faculties for a two-year term according to recommendation by the faculty meeting. The University Council sets rules for the Head of Faculty.
At the higher education level, the main personnel, who do work in relation to education at that level are in the posts of specialists, heads of university institutes, educational counsellors, librarians, computer specialists and directors of examinations and teaching.
