Continuing professional development in adults education is achieved through a wide and open range of programs for trainers - for example courses of training of trainers in various fields, management of the training programs for adults, etc., programs of exchanges, study visits in organizations from abroad.

These programmes could be delivered in present under the projects financed by Erasmus+ (2014 - 2020), projects financed by Operational Programme Human Capital (2014-2020), or could be delivered by private and state training and education institutions.

Trainers’ participation in such programs is optional.
