The conditions of service for teachers or trainers at the Evening Schools, the Adult Education Centres and the State Institutes of Further Education operating under the Ministry of Education are those of qualified teachers at the same level of education (primary or secondary). 

Conditions of service for academic staff of the Mediterranean Institute of Management differ according to whether they are full-time civil servants or guest lecturers. The conditions of service are prescribed in their schemes of service for the former and their contracts for the latter.     

Conditions of service for trainers in vocational training are prescribed in the relevant schemes of service for those working with the status of a civil servant or semi-government organisations, or in their contracts for those working for private companies.
