National educational policies aim at providing highly educated and qualified personnel at all levels of the educational system in Republic of Bulgaria – pre-school, school and higher education. At the same time the policy is designed to stimulate the upgrading of qualification and realization of the principle of lifelong learning as a guarantee for a better quality of eduction and a more socio-economically developed society.
