Global and intercultural dimension of the curriculum development

International topics as entry to international organisations (Council of Europe, UN, EEA) are part of the curriculum of secondary schools. By discussing topics such as tolerance at school the integration of foreign children is fostered.

Partnerships and networks

Liechtenstein is a member of the international Bodenseehochschule, the biggest network of comprehensive higher education in Europe. Under the umbrella of IBH, 30 higher education institutions form a network which is continuously developed and intensified. The international Bodenseehochschule wants to link scientists and staff from different higher education institutions as well as make a contribution on relevant subjects in the Lake of Constance region.

In the area of the vocational training the international exchange is promoted by the programme Worldskills in which Liechtenstein takes part regularly.
