Early Childhood Education and Care

The term "early childhood education and care" refers to services for children from birth to kindergarten entry. The «Koordinations- und Beratungsstelle Frühe Förderung» (KBFF), «Coordination and Counselling Centre for Early Childhood Education and Care», which has been operated by the Parent-Child Forum since 2018 and is active throughout the country, offers various low-threshold services for families and children of pre-school age.

In 2020, the aim was to network the existing services at community level and the relevant professionals and to implement this in the form of network meetings.

2019

Contribution on Childcare Services

Since the 1st September 2019, there is a income and demand related contribution concerning childcare services according to the Ordinance on the payment of contributions to private childcare facilities that can be organised via the IT platform «cse.kibe».
