Chapter 6 presents organisational differences of individual types of school. All guidelines related to schools managed by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic are given in legislature identified in this chapter.  Schools founded by other ministries follow the basic legislative documents of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research adn Sport of the SR. Management of the vocational element of education at these schools is within the competence of the respective ministry (Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic (SK), Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic).
