In Slovakia, new pedagogical approaches are implemented through experimental testing of methods and forms in kindergartens.

In 2016, experimental testing of the application of Montessori’s pedagogical concept in kindergartens was completed. More kindergartens are now using this pedagogical concept as one of the ways of supporting children’s personal development.
