Schools of oriented education [Shkolla të arsimit të orientuar] include artistic schools, schools for foreign language and schools for other specific areas of learning. Admission in these schools is done based on specific criteria and procedures defined by order of minister of education and sports.

 

Schools of oriented education have specific curricula compound by general subjects as well as by subjects related to their profile. Admission in these schools is done by competition. Schools announce the quota and data of competition at Regional Education Directorate/Education Offices prior to announcement. [1]

Curricula of these schools are approved by the Minister of Education and Sport within the Guidance for the structure of the respective academic year. [2]

According to the law assessment of pupils during and at the end of the school year in art and sport subjects is likewise with subjects in general upper secondary high school.[3]
