Requirements for Appointment

Work centers may be established or removed in the same way with the approval of the Minister in the cases deemed necessary by the Ministry or in order to provide guidance and inspection of the services provided under the Ministry's supervision. A sufficient number of Ministry of National Education Inspectors and Assistant Ministry of National Education Assistant Inspectors are employed at the Board of Inspectors and at the study centers.

To be appointed as an Education Assistant Inspector of the Ministry:

a) Graduates from law or political knowledge, economic and administrative sciences, economics and management faculties with a minimum of four years of undergraduate education, or higher education institutions at home or abroad accepted by the Higher Education Council. Under the condition that an eight-year service or above in teaching profession in the MoNE, including the contractual work duration, as well as those who serve at Ministry posts or being a bachelor graduate of law, political sciences, economy and with equivalent degrees obtained in international contexts (20/08/2017-30160, MoNE The Regulation of Board of Inspection, Article 13-3). Excluding those serving at Ministry posts, a cut-score from KPSS in line with the regulation for first-time appointment to the public postts.(20/08/2017-30160, MoNE The Regulation of Board of Inspection, Article 13-5)

b) To be successful in the examination.

In addition, Ministry of National Education Inspector Assistant staff can be appointed among those who have been successful in the examination to be held separately from those who have more than one year and more services in teaching.

It is essential that Ministry of National Education Inspectors and Ministry of National Education Assistant Inspectors work at the work centre for at least one year. The Presidency may change the working centre where Ministry of National Education Inspectors and Ministry of National Education Inspectors are appointed, in case of necessity.

Conditions of Service

Counselling, workplace education, monitoring, evaluation, inspection, research and interrogation provisions in the early childhood, primary and secondary education institutions of the MoNE are carried out by the Educational Inspectors.
