This chapter discusses upper secondary education in Albania. Primary and lower secondary education are already discussed in chapter 5 while post-secondary non-tertiary education does not exist. The main divisions of upper secondary education are General and Vocational. There exist also  oriented vocational education institutions at upper secondary level whose peculiarities will be included in the sections dealing with the vocational education since they are simmilar.
